1. Integrated assessment framework for urban regeneration: Assessing the impact of studentification on the Bologna property market by estimating students' willingness to pay (thesis in collaboration with Prof. Angela Santangelo and Prof. Alessandro Bozzetti);
2. Economic evaluation of the project and organisation of the construction site (thesis in collaboration with Prof. Marco Alvise Bragadin);
3. Economic evaluation of an architectural or urban restoration project;
4. Estimation of the biophysical and economic value of Nature-Based Solutions in urban environments;
5. Impact assessments for the regeneration of architectural and urban spaces;
6. Exploring real estate market in geo-political conflict zones.
