Tommaso Maria Brugo

Associate Professor at the University of Bologna since 2025, he conducts research in mechanical design and advanced composite materials. His main research interests include nanostructured and multifunctional composites for structural health monitoring, the design and optimisation of composite components, and the characterisation of their mechanical behaviour, with applications in prosthetics and sustainable mobility.
