Tiziana Lazzari

Professor at the University of Bologna since 2014, her area of teaching and research is the history of the Middle Ages. The main research interests concern the social and political structures of the medieval communities. Currently focuses her research on the structures of kinship and their forms of representation in the early medieval centuries and on the role of women and their capacity for political and patrimonial action. She also deals with territorial organization and the relationship between local communities and central powers from VI to XII century. Go to the Curriculum vitae
