Victimology represets the field of sudies able to analyze the complexity of the relationship among victims of crime, perpetrators and society. Actually, a crime produces always - among citizens - fear, social warning and anxiety; that is why we need to manage instruments like, i.e., the ones of restorative justice, abale to have a positive influence on this feelings and attitudes. In the same time, a new attention should be devoted to penitentiary system and prison reforms, in order to feed the basic concepts of resocialization and reeducation of a deep sense and meanings.
