Description:: The research project involves close collaboration with the National Research Council (CNR). In fact, the Dario Nobili Library of the CNR's Bologna Research Area is the setting for the action research, therefore all activities related to the design and testing of the operational excellence model are agreed upon and carried out in collaboration not only with library staff but also with other interested stakeholders within the organisation.
