Stefania Colacicco is a PhD candidate (39th cycle) in Public Governance, Management and Policy (GOMAP) at the University of Bologna. Her research (“Creating Value: Measuring Social Performance and Impact Management. The Case of the Italian Banking Sector”) investigates how Italian banks define, measure and disclose social performance and impact, with attention to ESG metrics, impact governance, accountability and public value. Her work combines large-scale mapping with qualitative case studies.
