2021 INTERVENE. 5-year 10 million € EU funded project under grant agreement No 101016775. Role: Participant. The aim of INTERVENE is to integrate AI and human genetics to develop next generation tools for disease prevention, diagnosis, and personalised treatment.

2021 PRACE Partnership for advanced computing in Europe. TRPs - Structure-based characterization of novel TRPV inhibitors. Role: collaborator. 71M CPU hours.

2014 Grant by the Tumour Institute of Tuscany. Project: Identification of genetic bases of individual predisposition to lung cancer in non-smokers. Amount: 118.000 euros. Role: Coordinator of the bioinformatic unit.
