Curriculum vitae

1994 - Academic Degree with vote 110 cum laude -  Università di Bologna. I had a 2 months multicultural residence in “Stiftung WannseeForum - aktuelle kulturelle und politische Jugendbildung", of Berlin (GE). I was in the trainer staff, and I worked about ecology, arts and multicultural cohabitation with young people from many European countries and from Israel. In june 2004 I attended a seminar about different European experiences of accompanying unemployed: “Guidance merger. Improving access to guidance for those in employment”, promoted by Emilia Romagna.

 Since 1992 Trainer and counsellor in professional course by free professional collaboration. Researcher in social issues. I teach in courses for students of secondary school degree focused guidance , on enterprises (path Coopergame ), on social enterprise. I have carried out consultancy and training courses on classroom management and production service aimed at socio-educational leaders and teachers of secondary schools ; joint training courses aimed at teachers and parents of high school .

For ten years, Head of training, Head of counselling, part-time employee- Service Centre For Volunteering – Modena. I work as Head of Training for CSV. I provide training to voluntary workers and operators by planning courses and initiatives, supporting and supervising, and finally evaluating the process. For three years I coordinated a social project for a refugee service

Currently Adjunct Professor in Università degli studi di Bologna – School of Psychology and Education. I teach in workshop for expert in Social and Cultural Education (First cycle degree); my   research and teaching is geared mainly to two disciplines: the General Education and Social Education.
