Simona Cosma

Associate professor confirmed since 2011 with national qualification as full professor since 2018, he works at the management department (DISA), University of Bologna, where he teaches economics of insurance companies and financial instruments and markets. Her research interests focus on the risk management of financial institutions, corporate governance and sustainability. Until November 2022 he taught Risk Management and Economics of Financial Intermediaries. He worked for many years as an Affiliated Professor at the SDA Bocconi School of Management (Banking and Insurance Department), Milan, Italy. She is the author and co-author of many books and articles in international academic journals. He currently holds the role of Independent Director at Banca Popolare Pugliese, where she is also a member of the risk committee and board delegate for sustainability.
