The research activity of Silvia Turroni is documented by >150 publications in international peer-reviewed journals, mainly concerning the microbial ecology of the human gastrointestinal tract and the molecular characterization of probiotic strains, and >125 participations in national and international congresses, of which >55 as invited speaker. She is author of 6 contributions in volume.
