As for scientific activity, her interests have turned from the first period to the corporate sector, analyzing in particular the innovations introduced by the reform of joint-stock companies. She first published a volume on the constitution of Cooperatives (by S. Princivalle and C. De Vitiis, "The cooperatives in the light of the reform, Bologna, 2004).
