Silvia Princivalle (Cagliari 04/04/1977)

SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

As for scientific activity, her interests have turned from the first period to the corporate sector, analyzing in particular the innovations introduced by the reform of joint-stock companies. She first published a volume on the constitution of Cooperatives (by S. Princivalle and C. De Vitiis, "The cooperatives in the light of the reform, Bologna, 2004). She then edited the item" The reform of company law: the new notarial homologation " in the "Notarial Guide" (Turin, Utet, 2010). A study is also underway on corporate aggregations and in particular on business networks, and on the subject presented a project to the Municipality of Bologna, winning a Mambo tender in 2007.
