As an environmental engineer with a strong background in hydrology, I am deeply interested in the analysis of hydrological processes related to ecological and human activities both on a local and on a basin-scale perspective. So far, my research activity has been mainly focused on (i) river flow dynamics, being one of the main controls of fluvial ecosystem processes, (ii) flood risk assessment, and (iii) anthropogenic and hydrologic interactions.
