Her PhD research project pivots on contemporary children's literature in English related to the Holocaust (as theme, subject, or setting). She is taking into consideration Anglophone authors from Australia, the UK, the US and Ireland and her goal is to highlight how postmemory works nowadays in texts written for such a delicate age range, fundamental to maintain the historical memory alive.
