Santino Cambria has a degree in Medicine and a specialization in
Neurology. He is included in the list of psycotherapists of Medical
Association of Bologna. Since 1983 he held his professional
activity, including neurological and psychiatric examinations and
psychoanalitic psychoterapy. From 1983 to 2008 he worked at the
Casa di Cura “Ai Colli” in Bologna as Deputy Chief Physician,
Deputy Medical Director, Head of Second Psychiatry Ward, Head of
Electroencephalografy Service; moreover, he managed the partnership
between Casa di Cura “Ai Colli” and University of Bologna for the
post-graduate practical training on the degree in Psychology.
His scientific and didactic work included the following
activities:
From 1987 to 1993 he worked as a teacher of Neurology and
Neurosurgery at the Scuola Infermieri Professionali "S. Maria della
Vita" (USL n. 27 - Bologna Ovest).
In the academic year 1998/99, at Institute of Sociology of the
Faculty of Sociology of the University of Urbino, he held a seminar
on "Disagio sintomatico e disagio asintomatico" within the courses
"Sociologia dell'ambiente" and "Sociologia urbana e rurale".
In the academic year 1999/2000 he cooperated with the University
of Urbino as a Contract Professor (contract renewed in the academic
year 2000/2001), of an integrative lecture within the course
"Sociologia dell'ambiente" of the Faculty of Sociology.
He cooperated with the Faculty of Political Sciences at the
University of Bologna, University Diploma in Social Work, within
the course "Teoria dei Processi di Socializzazione", holding a
seminar on "Disagio sintomatico e disagio asintomatico" (academic
year 1999/2000) and a seminar on psychical uneasiness in relation
to the condition of youth and Substance-Related Disorders (academic
year 2000/2001).
In the academic year 2001/2002 at the Faculty of Political
Sciences at the University of Bologna, 1st Cycle Degreee in Social
Work, within the Laboratorio di Guida al Tirocinio, he held a
workshop of five lectures (ten hours) on psychical uneasiness in
relation to Social Work.
In the academic year 2002/2003 at the Faculty of Political
Sciences at the University of Bologna, in Social Work, within the
Laboratorio di Guida al Tirocinio, he held a workshop of six
lectures (twelve hours) on psychical uneasiness, drug addiction and
Social Work.
In the year 2003 he cooperated as a teacher with the Autonomous
Province of Bolzano-Alto Adige at the European Social Fund course
“Master in Clinica della Formazione. Master in sviluppo delle
competenze cliniche comunicative e relazionali nelle professioni
educative e formative, sociali e sanitare e nell'area dei servizi
alla persona” First Edition. In 2004 and 2006 his contract was
renewed for the Second and the Third Edition of the course.
In the academic year 2003/2004 he cooperated with the University
of Bologna as a Contract Professor of “Psicologia ed epidemiologia
delle tossicodipendenze” (M-PSI/08) at the Faculty of Political
Sciences, 2nd Cycle Degree in Social Work Planning and Management.
His contract was renewed in the academic years 200 4/2005,
2005/2006 and 2006/2007, 2007/2008.
In the academic year 2006/2007 he cooperated with the University
of Bologna as a Contract Professor of “ Territorio e patologie
psichiatriche” (MED/25) at the Faculty of Political Sciences, 1st
Cycle Degreee in Social Work. His contract was renewed in the
academic years 2007/2008, 2008/2009 and 2009/2010.
In the academic year 2009/2010 he cooperated with the University
of Bologna as a Contract Professor of “Psicologia ed epidemiologia
delle tossicodipendenze” (M-PSI/04) at the Faculty of Political
Sciences, 2nd Cycle Degree in Work, market, environment, social
policies and social work. His contract was renewed in the academic
year 2010/2011.
In the academic year 2011/2012 he cooperated with the University
of Bologna as a Contract Professor of “Psicologia ed epidemiologia
delle tossicodipendenze” (M-PSI/06) at the Faculty of Political
Sciences, 2nd Cycle Degree in Work, market, environment, social
policies and social work.His contract was renewed in the academic years 2012/2013 and 2013/2014.
In the academic year 2014/2015 he cooperated with the University of Bologna as a Contract Professor of “Psychology of Development”, School of Political Sciences, Second cycle degree (LM) in Sociology and Social Work. His contract was renewed in the academic years 2015/2016, 2016/2017 and 2017/2018.
In the academic year 2010/2011 he cooperated with the University of Bologna as a Contract Professor of “ Territorio, mutamento sociale e patologie psichiatriche” (MED/25) at the 1st Cycle Degreee in Social Work. His contract was renewed in the academic years 2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023.
