Short Bio

Research Fellow at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences (DISTAL) of the University of Bologna since July 2025 (formerly at the Interdepartmental Centre for Industrial Agrofood Research - CIRI-AGRO - since February 2024), specializing in sensory analysis of food and consumer behaviour. Her research focuses on sensory preferences and the acceptability of food products (both conventional and innovative), with particular attention to psycho-attitudinal aspects such as food neophobia and disgust.
