A PhD student at the University of Bologna, she is enrolled in the third year (cycle 36) in PSCS (Philosophy Science Cognition and Semiotics) with a curriculum in "Philosophy and Science Studies". Her research interests lie in the history of medicine in the Greco-Roman era: the investigation focuses in particular on the evolution and developments of the medical traditions and practices that were widespread in southern Campania, especially in the area around the cities of Paestum, Velia and Salerno. Between January and July 2023, she carried out a six-month research period in Paris, thanks to which she was able to deepen her research work. During her studies, she participated in the conference 'Ad limina - Frontiers and transdisciplinary contaminations in the history of science' held in Catania on 30 May - 1 June 2022 and the conference 'Natura incognita. Places, methods and representations in the study of nature" that took place in Naples between 6 and 8 September 2023. Both events were organised by the SISS - Italian Society for the History of Science.
