• MA in International Economic Relations (Universitat de Barcelona), MA in International Affairs and Negotiations (Universidad de San Andrés), BA in economics specialized in International Economics and Finance (Université de Toulouse) and BA in Economics (Universidad de del Salvador).

• Economist specialized in international trade of goods and services, knowledge economy, technology, e-commerce and public procurement.

• 19 years of experience in consulting for Argentinian and global institutions, both in the public and private sector as well as international organizations including the IDB, UNCTAD, ECLAC, INTAL, SELA, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, FONPLATA, IDRC, CEPR, the Argentinian Chamber of exporters (CERA), Argencon, the Colombian Chamber of International Trade (ANALDEX), the Industrial Association of Argentina (UIA), Techint, FLACSO, ProCórdoba, ProEcuador, the Embassy of Korea in Argentina, Ecolatina and others. Director of the Knowledge Economy Observatory (Ministry of Production) for two years.
