Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
In 2014 he obtained a PhD in "Institutions, market, guarantees and
protection of the individual", University of L'Aquila, 2014.
He graduated magna cum laude in Economics and Business at the
University of L'Aquila in 2003.
He conducts research and teaching activities in Tax Law and Tax
Litigation Law at the Alma Mater Studiorum-University of
Bologna.
He is teaching assistant at the "Scuola Ispettori e Sovrintendenti
della Guardia di Finanza".
He is author of several scientific publications in tax
matter.
