Roberta Bartoletti

Roberta Bartoletti, PhD in Sociology and Social Policies (University of Bologna), is Full Professor of Sociology of Culture and Communication since 2015. Her research interests include consumption, imaginaries and practices of urban nature, media narratives, memory studies, death and media, civic culture and civic engagement. She is currently researching cultures and practices of urban spontaneous natures and narratives of mourning in Italian and international fiction.

She is editor of the Italian journal "Sociologia della comunicazione". She is member of the research centre CesCoCom at the University of Bologna and LaRiCA (Research Lab on Advanced Studies in Communication) at the University of Urbino.
