Riccardo Masetti

Researcher, (senior), member of the Department of Medicine and Surgery (DIMEC) of the University of Bologna and physician at the St. Orsola Malpighi University Hospital. He carries out research in the pediatric field and in particular in pediatric oncology and hematology. Research interests are focused on acute pediatric leukemias and myelodysplastic disorders as well as hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Currently, he focuses his research on new methods of massive sequencing of the genome for the study of acute pediatric leukemias. Engaged in national and international research projects, he collaborates with several national and European institutes.
