Riccardo Masetti

Researcher, (senior), member of the Department of Medicine and Surgery (DIMEC) of the University of Bologna and physician at the St. Orsola Malpighi University Hospital. He carries out research in the pediatric field and in particular in pediatric oncology and hematology. Research interests are focused on acute pediatric leukemias and myelodysplastic disorders as well as hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Currently, he focuses his research on acute pediatric leukemias, myelodisplastic syndrome and inherited bone marrow faile syndromes of childhood and human microbiota carachterization. Engaged in national and international research projects, he collaborates with several national and European institutes.
