Renato Congedo

Renato Congedo is a Nurse Coordinator at AUSL Romagna and serves as the JACIE Quality Management System representative for the Haematology Unit of Ravenna. His professional practice focuses on the organisation of care processes, quality and patient safety, and the management of care pathways for individuals with onco-haematological conditions and those undergoing haematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

His academic and research interests include digital health, nursing documentation, standardized nursing languages, Nursing Minimum Data Sets, and the integration of nursing data into electronic health records. He also focuses on clinical governance, risk management, safety culture, continuity of care, and innovative models for the management and professional development of the healthcare workforce.
