Curriculum vitae

He is a Civil Engineer in Transportation, Researcher type A at the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering (DICAM) of the University of Bologna, Italy. He works in the Transportation Infrastructures section of the DICAM and his research topic is related to pavement materials with a specific focus on recycling and eco-friendly construction technologies.

He developed his PhD on the experimental applications of industrial by-products for the production of innovative and sustainable materials for civils infrastructures.

Dr. Tataranni is a Marie Curie Fellow since 2015 as Early Stage Researcher in the RISE project REMINE on the “Reuse of mining waste into innovative geopolymeric-based structural panels, precast, ready mixes and in situ applications and in the period 2018-2021 was the Scientific Managaer of the SAFERUP! H2020 MSCA ITN-2017 project.
