Patrizia PETROLATI is interested in accountancy harmonization in
the European Union and in particular in its potential impact on the
laws in force and on the practice generally accepted in Italy in
the present day in the perspective related to small- and
medium-sized enterprises. Furthermore, her research interest is
also the analysis of companies' economic, patrimonial and financial
outcomes through ratios and cash flows.
On all these subject she has given papers at several congresses,
held also at the international level, and she has authored various
books and journal articles.
