Description:: In 2021–2022 completed an International Aortic Research Fellowship at the Department of Vascular Surgery of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, Germany, under the mentorship of Prof. Nikolaos Tsilimparis. The fellowship focused on the endovascular treatment of complex aortic disease — thoraco-abdominal and aortic arch aneurysms — and on building multicentre research collaborations across Europe and the Atlantic, which led to several high-impact publications. His time in Munich was a defining stage in his training, shaping his research profile in advanced aortic surgery and the international collaborative network he continues to work within today.
