Gli studenti di Lingua e Letteratura Giapponese hanno l'opportunità di svolgere il tirocinio in Giappone, presso la Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts, collaborando come visiting researcher alle attività organizzate all'interno del College of Fine Arts.

La Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts si trova a Kurashiki City, nella Prefettura di Okayama, sulle coste del Mare Interno del Giappone, a metà strada fra Osaka e Hiroshima. Il College of Fine Arts offre corsi e sviluppa attività nell'ambito di media, design, arte tradizionale e moderna, giapponese e occidentale.

Internship description and opportunity

Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts offers one unpaid internship position as a visiting researcher within the College of Fine Arts. If you are interested in Japan, have previous academic experience related to Japan, wish to expand your education while adding international qualifications to your curriculum vitae while immersed in Japanese culture, then this opportunity is definitely for you. If you are passionate about culture, art and design, and wish to collaborate with university faculty in a beautiful historic city, then we would love to hear from you.

University information

Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts is a fully accredited private research university within the Kake Educational Institute, located in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. Kurashiki lies along the Inland Sea in western Japan, halfway between Osaka and Hiroshima. Kurashiki enjoys a rich historical, cultural and artistic background dating to the Edo era, approximately 350 years ago. This internship is offered within the College of Fine Arts, which includes studies in media, design and western and Japanese art. The successful intern is encouraged to make use of all educational resources in any desired combination. University computer labs, fine art and design studios, libraries and all related facilities are available for use.

Benefits

A furnished private dormitory room is provided at no charge, in addition to an open studio space on campus for research activities.

When you complete the three months internship, you will be presented with a certificate signed by the president of Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts.
