Digital media expert. She designed the strategy, created and directed the first social media project of the City of Milan. Holds lessons or courses on digital media at Italian Universities, companies, business schools and institutions. Since 2017, she is a consultant for Rai Digital. With Alessio Baù, she is the author of “Social Media and Public Administration” (Apogeo, Milano, 2018).
