Born in Milan in 1969, she works in the fields of culture, communication, and digital media. After graduating from the German School of Milan and earning a cum laude degree in Law from the University of Milan, she collaborated with numerous newspapers, publishing houses, and communication agencies, including Trimedia, Hagakure, and Doing, where she coordinated corporate, political, and academic communication projects. She has been a registered contributor with the Order of Journalists of Lombardy since 1998.
In 2012, she developed the strategy and launched the City of Milan’s first social media communication project, which she led until the end of 2016. This experience led to the publication of the book Social Media per la Pubblica Amministrazione (Social Media for Public Administration).
She is an active public speaker and has participated as a speaker at events such as Social Media Week in Milan and Rome, the Personal Democracy Forum in Italy and France, Frattocchie 2.0, Internet Festival, Bed Talks Amsterdam, Parole (O)stili, and the GenerAzioni series organized by the Municipality of Bologna.
She is currently a consultant for Rai Academy and Rai Digital, where she manages training projects focused on digital culture for newsrooms and program editorial teams. She is also a founding member of Social Green Way – Impresa Sociale srl and teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Bologna, the University of Milan, and the Master in Digital Strategy at PoliDesign Milan.
