-Born in San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) September 5,
1971.
-In 1990 follows the classic high school
diploma.
- In 1995 follows a degree in Law at the University
of Bologna, achieving the highest grade.
-In 1996 began the practice of lawyers studying the
issues related to Civil Law and Administrative Law and
simultaneously forming a “Forum”, an association of legal
frameworks for the preparation of a career as a lawyer and
judge.
- In began 1996 as an assistant university
collaboration and expert on the subject at the Chair of
Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of Bologna and
Institutions of Public Law and Administrative Law of the Faculty of
Political Science.
- In 1997-98 is a tutor of the course “corporate
lawyer” at the School of Specialization in Administrative Law and
Science of 'Administration (SPISA).
- In 1998 to record the University Consortium NETTUNO a series of
video lessons Institutions of Public Law, and subsequently
broadcast by RAIDUE and RAISAT and is still in planning
cyclical.
-In 1998 he was admitted to the thirteenth cycle of
PhD in Constitutional Law.
- In 1999 follows the title of lawyer and get the
approval on the conduct of lawyers.
- In 2000 began its academic collaboration at the
Faculty of Faculty of Kinesiology
in Bologna, in relation to the Chair of Administrative
Law-Sports.
- In March of 2001 is actively involved as an
assistant to an international congress on the subject of law of the
sport, held at the University of Madrid.
- Since November 2001 Research Assistant in
administrative law on the subject of “sports”.
- In February 2002, follows the title of a PhD in
constitutional law, discussing his thesis on the topic of “absolute
parliamentary.”
- In the autumn of 2003 he completed a period of
study and discussion of issues of public law, particularly with
regard to sports law at the University of Zaragoza, coordinated by
Prof. José Bermejo Vera.
- In the academic years from 2005 to 2010 organizes
and takes lessons in the seminar on “Justice of the state and
justice of sport” at the Faculty of Law of the University of
Bologna, under the coordination of Prof. Bottari.
- Since 2007 Lecturer in the Master “Lawyers,
consultants and business professionals”, University of
Bologna.
-From 30 December 2008 is the university researcher,
scientific jus/09 Institutions of Public Law at the Faculty of Kinesiology at the
University of Bologna, obtaining in 2012
the confirmation in the role.
- Since 2009 Lecturer of Public Law at the Faculty of
Kinesiology at the University of Bologna.
- Since 2009 Lecturer in the Master “Health Law”, University of
Bologna.
- Since 2009 he is lecturer in Public Law at the
Faculty of Sport Sciences, University of Bologna, owner of the
course of Sports Law, as well as of “Institutions and market
activities and sports”.
- Since 2009 he has been teaching and scientific
coordinator of the Master in “Law and Justice of Sport”, organized
by Altalex in various forums and accredited for the continuing
education of lawyers.
- In December 2009, operates as a speaker at the
International Congress of Sports Law held at Ubeda (Andalusia-
Spain), coordinated by Prof. Rafael Barranco University of
Granada.
- In 2010, by Decree of the Ministry of Education,
University and Research, n. 490 of 3 August 2010, is the winner of
the RESEARCH PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT “FIRB” FUTURE IN RESEARCH PROGRAM
(PROT. RBFR081L58-003) “Privacy, anonymity and discrimination: the
legal aspects.”
- In 2010, participates in the research unit within
the PRIN 2009 (Protocol: 2009CPZBHH), entitled “Implementation of
the right to health and efficient organization of health care
between the patient's self-determination and liability rules:
profiles of public law and main private law issues”, which received
from MIUR a contribution to the research activities;
- Since 2011 he is professor of Law and Justice in
Sport as part of the courses for sports directors and coaches held
at the Technical Center FIGC at Coverciano.
- From the year 2011/12 is Lecturer in Public Law at
the School of Medicine of the University of Bologna, as part of
degree courses Nursing, Orthoptics, Obstetrics and
Neurophysiology.
- On April 12, 2011 acts as speaker at the conference
organized by the University of Bologna with a paper entitled “the
third sector and social and health services: from public tenders
and accreditation”.
- On May 16, 2011 acts as speaker at the conference
organized by the University of Bologna, Faculty of Kinesiology,
with a paper entitled “The injuries of the athlete: legal, sports,
and medical issues”.
- On May 20, 2011 acts as speaker at the conference
organized by the Bar Association of Ascoli Piceno, on the topic of
sports justice, with a paper entitled “Sources and principles of
sports law”.
- On November 17, 2011 acts as a speaker at the
conference organized by the University of Roma Tre, Faculty of Law,
entitled “Justice sports in football - Prospects for reform”, with
a paper entitled “The principles of the disciplinary proceedings
sports “.
- On October 5, 2012 intervenes as a speaker at the
conference organized by the Olympic Italian Committee, at its
headquarters of Ancona, on the theme “amateur sport and favorable
legislation”, with a paper entitled “Nature and contents of
agreements for use in sports. “
- On October 13, 2012 acts as a speaker at the
conference organized by the Bar Association of Foggia, with the
sponsorship of the Olympic Italian Committee, at the Teatro
Comunale di San Severo (FG), on the theme “Sport and its autonomy
between ethics and law “, with a report entitled “Sports law and
sports justice: general overview“.
- On January 25, 2013 acts as a speaker at the
conference organized by the Forensic Foundation of Bologna, on
“Process sports and criminal trial, two realities that are
intertwined” with a report entitled “Principles of sports
justice.”
- In February of 2013 was included in the Board of
Auditors of the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and
Research, as part of the program “Future in Research 2013”, Decree
of December 28, 2012 prot. n. 956/Ric.
- On 22 March 2013 helds a lecture at the School of
Journalism of the University of Milan, entitled “The sports
justice.”
- On October 30, 2013 acts as a speaker at the
conference organized by the University of Florence, on the theme
“sports justice in football - Prospects of reform”, with a report
entitled “The previous case law in sports” .
- From 1 November 2013, with the Rector's Decree, was
appointed as coordinator of the Degree in Management of Motor
Activities and Sports, at the University of Bologna.
- On February 24, 2014, in Madrid, participated at
the meeting organized by the Real Academia de Jurisprudencia
y Legislacion, about fundamental rights, entitled “El juez nacional en la encrucijda europea de los
derechos fundamentales”.
- On March 6, 2014 intervenes as a speaker at the
conference organized by the Association of Accountants of Milan, on
the theme “The main contractual and tax profiles of professional
footballers and their agents”, with a report entitled “Profiles of
the Agent and the professional athlete figures: regulations,
contracts and law”.
- On 14 and 15 of March, 2014 acts as a speaker in
the “Sports Law Seminar” organized by the Bar Council of Pistoia,
with a report entitled “The sports system: subjects and
principles”, with a report entitled “The sports offence: federal
regulations and domestic law” and finally with another report
entitled “Doping: the defense in sports process”.
- On November 6, 2014 intervenes as a speaker at the
conference organized by the University of Italian Switzerland in
Lugano, on “Football and business: legal and economic problems”,
with a report entitled “Transfer of players: contractual and
regulator issues”.
- On December 5, 2014 intervenes as a speaker at the
conference organized by the Association of Lawyers of Forlì-Cesena
“About life expectancy: the role of the administrative court in the
balance between constitutional values, budget needs and health
rights”, with a report entitled “The obligatory health
treatments”.
