Virtual Test Driver
Maserati is opening positions for internships and theses in the context of digital validation tools development.
The goal is to develop a virtual test driver able to test the brand's new vehicles' automated functionalities such as the Hill-Descent Control and the Adaptive Cruise Control. Based on the concepts of big data and artificial intelligence, the students involved in these activities will investigate, design, and implement a machine-learning algorithm mimicking the driving style and the operations of professional test drivers.
The activities will range from the algorithm conceptualisation to its implementation into the Maserati test bench. The activities will be undertaken in Modena, at Maserati's Innovation Lab.
