Nicola Mazzacuva, was born in Cremona on the 8th of December
1958, he is Professor in Criminal Law at the Law Faculty of Alma
Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna.
Lawyer in Bologna.
He is member of the Scientific Committee of some juridical
reviews, including “L'Indice Penale”.
He is the Head Editor of the review “ius17@unibo.it. Studi e
materiali di diritto penale”.
During his career, Prof. Mazzacuva had passed long periods at
the Max Planck Institut in Friburg (Germany) for study and
research.
