Dr Neven Andjelic is a Senior Lecturer in International Relations and Human Rights at Regent's University London. He was elected in June 2014 to the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities - Council of Europe to serve a four years term.
Dr Andjelic is also Visiting Professor at the University of Bologna. He was teaching in the past at Birkbeck College, London and Bader International Studies Centre of the Queen's University (Kingston, Canada). Andjelic was Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of California at Berkeley and also taught at the Open University and the University of Sarajevo.
Beside the academic career, he does news media work for CNN and occasionally contributes to the media in former Yugoslavia. He worked in the past for BBC, ITN and Channel 4 in the UK and all the leading media in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Andjelic worked in the past on research projects at universities of Sussex, Kent and Oxford. He writes for academic journals and publications and has published a book ‘Bosnia-Herzegovina: The End of a Legacy' (London and Oregon: Frank Cass, 2003).
