Researcher in work, organizational, and personnel psychology, with a focus on career development, organizational change, the future of work, positive organizational practices, and intercultural contexts. She is currently involved in the Digi-B-Well project, examining strategies to enhance individual and organizational capacities for digital well-being within Triple Helix ecosystems in Central Europe.
