Description:: Collaboration on scientific research into the labour law aspects of the PAT Act 7/1997, including support for legislative drafting (topics: senior management, competitive selection procedures, the normal and abnormal aspects of employment relationships, collective bargaining). Objective: to provide support and in-depth analysis in relation to the work of the dedicated PAT Committee and to proposals for updating or revising the legislation in question.
