chronopsychology and cognitive psychology.
Particularly, her research interests mostly regard:
· application of chronopsychological and chronobiological knowledge
in the workplace and in school (the effect of work / school
timetable organization on cognitive performance and on
psychophysical health);
·
normal and pathological sleep (pathologies in which the pre-eminent
illness involves the alteration of the activity / rest cycle);
· self-care activities in healthcare setting
