Maria Letizia Guerra has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Bologna, she attended a DEA in Probability and Finance from Paris VI and she has a Doctorate in Computational methods for financial and economic applications from the University of Bergamo. From 2005 she is an associate Professor of Mathematics for Economics, Actuarial Studies and Finance at the University of Bologna and she has been an assistant professor at the University of Urbino. She is a referee for several scientific journals as: Fuzzy Sets and Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Soft Computing, Information Sciences, International Journal on Intelligent Automation and Soft Computing, International Journal of Approximate Reasoning, European Journal of Operational Research, Omega.
From 2014 she is the coordinator of the counsellor and job orienting activities in Rimini Campus. From 2009 to 2017 she has been the coordinator of the counsellor and job orienting activities from the School of Economics, management and statistics in Rimini Campus.
From 2016 she is a member of the ALMAECLUB: The community for Entrepreneurship UniBo.
