Fixed-term researcher at the University of Bologna since 2023, she carries out her research in the field of marine ecology. Her research focuses mainly on the study of acclimatization and adaptation mechanisms of marine organisms to human impacts and global climate change. Currently, she studies the interactions between climate change, contaminants and calcifying benthic organisms in the Mediterranean Sea.
