Michela Ceccorulli

Michela Ceccorulli is Associate Professor at the University of Bologna. She is Referent person for the Department of the PhD Programme GOMAP - Public governance, management and policy and Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module MOVE EU (2025-2028). She has participated to and has coordinated projects for the European Union, NATO and the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, among others.  Her research interests lie around international relations, migration, security and borders. Among her recent publications, with Enrico Fassi (eds), 'The EU’s External Governance of Migration. Perspectives of Justice, Routledge 2022. She has widely published on security governance and migration in academic publications and journals, among which European Security, Contemporary Security, Mediterranean Politics, West European Politics and The International Spectator.
