Professional Experience
Until 2013, she carried out occasional translation assignments with a cultural association in Pesaro and with Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, working on European projects focused on the following topics: intercultural dialogue, education, e‑learning, sustainable development, migration, human trafficking, honour‑based crimes, school bullying, environmental management, and North–South relations.
Since 2015, she has been working as a freelance translator for Italian companies as well as Italian and international translation and communication agencies. Over the years, she has specialised in marketing and commercial translation (particularly in the fashion, cosmetics, furniture, tourism, and food & wine sectors), technical translation (construction, industrial plants and machinery, traditional and renewable energy, energy transition and sustainability), and the humanities (essays, scientific reports, and research articles).
She has been a of AITI (Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters) since 2018, and a member of the Regional Board of the Marche section since 2025.
She has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna since 2026, teaching the course Specialized Translation from Italian into French.
Education
She holds a Master’s degree in Specialized Translation from the University of Bologna (DIT Forlì), obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Literatures and Foreign Civilizations, with a specialization in English Studies, from Sorbonne University (Paris 3), obtained in 2013.
She regularly takes part in training activities on writing, translation, and her areas of specialization, as well as in professional development courses related to the translation profession.
