Background: He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Bologna, and a Bachelor's in Statistics from the University of Glasgow, completed through a double-degree program.
PhD Project: “Artificial Intelligence for Personal Disease Risk Prediction”
Current research interests: He is actively engaged in several literature reviews examining the associations between dietary habits, the risk of non-communicable diseases (particularly cardiovascular diseases), and life expectancy. These reviews aim to inform the future development of predictive models grounded in epidemiological evidence.
Additionally, he contributes to the co-design of user interfaces for these predictive models and is involved in developing algorithms for the automation of the literature review processes.
