Matteo Dongellini

Junior Assistant Professor from 2022 and Research fellow at the University of Bologna from 2017 to 2021, he carries out his research in the field of building physics. The research interests are aimed in particular at the study of vapor-compression heat pumps, at the development of optimized control logics to reduce the energy consumption of buildings and HVAC systems and at the realization of experimental tests to characterize phase change materials, develop innovative system components (heat exchangers and storage tanks) and to evaluate the effective energy performance of heat pumps. He is the author of numerous scientific publications in national and international journals and speaker of numerous interventions in prestigious conferences. Go to the Curriculum vitae
