Massimo Ferdinandi

Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna, his teaching and research focus on internationalisation, cross-cultural management, and the management of cultural diversity within organisations.

He is the author of books and articles on internationalisation processes, cross-cultural relations, and organisational dynamics in international contexts. Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with international organisations and developed extensive experience in institutional and cross-cultural relations, with a particular focus on Asia and Southeast Asia.

Alongside his academic activities, he serves as Ambassador of the Republic of San Marino to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and to ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations).
