I am an Engineer, an Entrepreneur, and a University Professor, but first and foremost, I am a person who believes that doing business must have a positive impact on society.
Since 1996, I have been the Founder and CEO of Gruppo Ingegneria (https://gruppoingegneria.it), a Benefit Corporation (Società Benefit). Gruppo Ingegneria is a major engineering and corporate law firm: 58 technical professionals, 6,500 clients, and €25 million in recently secured grants and funding. We operate across all areas of engineering, corporate law, corporate finance, and social impact.
Gruppo Ingegneria is a "LoveCompany" thanks to the affection and dedication of the people who work with us.
I lead the company with one fundamental principle: using economic results to generate social value. This is how three projects I care deeply about were born: La Tana dei Saggi (https://latanadeisaggi.it), Campus dei Campioni (https://campusdeicampioni.it), and Bologna Prototipi (https://bolognaprototipi.it/).
I began my career in 1989, and since then I have worked with over 2,000 organizations, including SMEs, startups, and large corporations across a wide range of sectors: Industry, ICT, Media, Public Administration, Universities, Utilities, Healthcare, Mechanics, Logistics, Food, Transport, Banking, Insurance, Construction, Fashion, Research Centers, Police Forces, Packaging, Furniture, Automotive, Agriculture, Environment, Chemicals, Publishing, Pharmaceuticals, Exhibitions, and Tourism.
I am a technical expert in engineering and business management. My work is fueled by a passion for continuous study. After my degree in Engineering and studies in the United States, I earned two MBAs, a Master's degree in Law, and completed two years of a PhD program.
I serve as a University Professor, Expert Witness for the Court and the Public Prosecutor's Office, Civil Mediator, Energy Certifier, and Expert for the EU Commission.
