PhD student at the Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies (DISTAL) in the Agricultural and Food Economics and Policy research group of the University of Bologna.


Education

2013- 2016 Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages for Business and Tourism at the University of Trento.

2017-2019 Double degree Master of Science in "Analysis of agricultural, food and environmental policies" (AFEPA), double degree in:

- Master en "sciences agronomiques et industries du vivant" at the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium)
-Master in "Agricultural and Food economics (AFECO)" at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn (Germany)

Working experience

June 2021 October 2021 Research fellow at the Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies (DISTAL) of the University of Bologna, carrying out research activities under the MED-LINKS project: Analysis and proposal of innovative business models for macro types of fruit and vegetable supply chains in the Mediterranean area (Contact person: Prof. Luca Camanzi)

  • June 2020- May 2021 Research fellow at the Interdepartmental Center for Industrial Agri-Food Research (CIRI AGRO) in Cesena under the University of Bologna, carrying out research in the field of digital agriculture and digitization processes in agriculture (Contact person: Prof. Luca Camanzi)

    Scientific activity
    In her previous work, she has participated in numerous European research projects including:
  • MED-LINKS- Data enabled Business Models and Market Linkages Enhancing Value Creation and Distribution in Mediterranean Fruit and Vegetable Supply Chains ", funded by the PRIMA Program;
  • AGROBIGDATASCIENCE funded on the 2018 call POR FESR Emilia-Romagna;
  • Plasma Assisted Sanitation System (PASS) under the EIT's Crisis Response Initiative, funded by the EIT Food Program Initiative;
  • PRIZEFISH “Piloting of eco-innovative fishery supply-chains to market added-value Adriatic fish products” under the INTERREG program.
  • BIOVALUE "Fork-to-farm agent-based simulation tool augmenting BIOdiversity in the agri-food VALUE chain" under HORIZON 2020.
