Education 

Graduate in Law from the University of Bologna, academic year 95/96.

In 1996 stage at the Cour de Cassation of Paris, under the patronage of the former President Monsieur Pierre Drai.

Lawyer since 1999.

Ph.D. in Civil Procedural Law in 2003.

Ph.D. thesis entiteld "The resolution of arbitration award".

National scientific qualification for the position of associate professor from 2021.

At the moment she is researcher and adjunct professor in the courses:

- Civil Procedural Law (LMCU)

- International and transnational civil litigation (LEGS)

In the academic year 2006/07, 2009/2010 2011/2012 taught Civil Procedural Law (Teaching staff) at the University Paris Ouest Nanterre.

She also taught :

- in academic year 2012-2011 Civil Procedural Law in the Faculty of Economics University of Bologna;

- in academic year 2011-2012 Civil procedural Law (II) in the University of Ferrara (Rovigo).

- in academic year 2018-2019 Civil procedural law of immigration (Law clinic, LMCU, Dipartimento di scienze giuridiche, University of Bologna).

From a May to September 2009 invited researcher at the Faculty of Law at the Sorbonne University in Paris, into professor's Loic Cadiet Law School, former president of International Association of Procedural Law.

- In 2015 participation to the international project LES ENJEUX DE LA DÉJUDICIARISATION presented to French Minstry oh Justice GIP (Mission rechereche et innovation) nin collaboration with professors Céline Chassang (Centre de droit pénal et de criminologie); Marjolaine Roccati (Centre d’études juridiques et européennes comparées); Evelyne SERVERIN, Directeur de recherche émérite au CNRS; Laurence Sinopoli, Marie-Laure Nyboyet, David O’MAHONY, Professor of Criminology dell'University of Essex.

Member of the Italian Association of Civil Procedure.

Member of the Law clinic of the University of Bologna, Dipartimento di scienze giuridiche.

Member of the Italian Editing Board for the Rivista trimestrale di diritto e procedura civile.

He is coordinator of the 'E. Redenti' School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions for the area of civil procedural law.

Rapporteur at numerous conferences.
