Maria Cristina Bisi earned the PhD in Biomedical Engineering, the Master degree (cum laude) and the Bachelor degree (cum laude) from the University of Bologna respectively in 2010, 2006 and 2004.
She is currently working as senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering of the University of Bologna, conducting research in the field of biomechanics and human movement analysis.
Her research activity is mainly focused on the development of quantitative methods for the assessment and the understanding of motor control development during maturation. Her scientific production includes 33 papers published in international peer-reviewed journals and more than 100 abstracts published in the proceedings of National and International congresses.
She is reviewer for several International journals, member of societies in the field of Biomechanics and Human Movement Analysis.
