May 2018: he is vice-coordinator of the international PhD program “Innovative technologies and sustainable use of Mediterranean Sea fishery and biological resources”, University of Bologna.

From 2003 to 2005, I was the coordinator of the “Amphi-bio” start-up project. The project was aimed at the creation of a laboratory of molecular analysis in Bologna, Italy. In 2004 the project won a “Spinner” grant for Technological Transfer (Italy), and in 2005, a PRRIITT grant for Technological Transfer (Italy).
