The project within which my research activity is situated aims to explore the theoretical and epistemological issues of Schelling’s late philosophy of nature, from a post-Kantian critical perspective and in dialogue with contemporary philosophical debates. In this framework, and in accordance with the project’s objectives and activity plan, the research investigates:
a) the theoretical foundations of Schelling’s late philosophy of nature, understood as an expression of post-Kantian metaphysical reflection. The inquiry also extends to other key texts from Schelling’s later works;
b) the relationship with Kant’s critical philosophy (Critique of Pure Reason, Critique of Practical Reason, Critique of Judgment);
c) the potential developments of these implications in the context of recent philosophical debates, with particular attention to feminist theories and epistemologies, and, collaterally, to topics within ecofeminist thought.
