Luca Parma

Senior researcher at the University of Bologna since 2021. He carries out research and teaching activities in the aquaculture sector. The research interest are mainly devoted to feeding and nutrition of marine fish species, study of new protein sources and development of sustainable and circular aquafeed formulation, interaction between feeding and abiotic factors, intestinal microbiota, larval nutrition and larviculture. Member of research groups in the context of European aquaculture projects in the Horizon2020 program. Author or co-author of 42 scientific papers published in ISI / Scopus journals (h index: 17).
