Luca Pareschi

Luca Pareschi is Associate Professor of Organization Studies at The University of Rome Tor Vergata. His research focuses on cultural and creative industries, contemporary craft, and alternative forms of organizing work, with particular attention to learning processes, creative careers, and the relationships between tradition, innovation, and technology. He is involved in several European research projects on craft and creative ecosystems, including the Horizon Europe project Hephaestus. His research primarily relies on qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, ethnography, and co-creation workshops with practitioners and communities of practice.
