†In 2004 he received a PhD in Food economy of the countries of the Mediterranean
basin (University of
Parma)

in Agricultural Economics and Politics at the University of
Bologna
He is a member at the National
Academy of Agriculture in Bologna.
He is a member of the Italian Society of
Agricultural Economics.
